Last updated: July 23, 2026

Luxe Velo Tours ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you contact us through our inquiry or bespoke journey forms, subscribe to updates, or book a tour, we collect the details you share — such as your name, email address, phone number, travel preferences, and any other information you include in your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to collect basic analytics data, such as pages visited, time on site, browser type, and approximate location. This helps us understand how visitors use our site and improve it.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, plan and deliver your tour, send communications you've requested, and improve our website and services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Sharing Your Information

We share information only when necessary to operate our business — for example, with hotels, guides, and service providers involved in delivering your tour, with our website and email platforms (such as Squarespace), or when required by law.

Cookies

You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the banner displayed on our site, and manage cookies through your browser settings. Declining cookies will not prevent you from using the site.

Data Retention & Security

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. To make a request, contact us at [email address].

Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party websites (such as hotels or partners). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
